5 Energy Drink

I just started seeing 5 hour energy pop up in my neighborhood gas stations. And to tell you the truth 5 hour energy did not seem all that bad compared to the other drinks at the store. It only had 4 calories and it was supposed to last 5 hours (longer than most energy drinks).
The Following Caution on the label did not do much to me:

CAUTION: Contains caffeine comparable to a cup of the leading premium coffee. Limit caffeine products to avoid nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. You may experience a Niacin Flush (hot feeling, skin redness) that lasts a few minutes. This is caused by Niacin (Vitamin B3) increasing blood flow near the skin.

After reading that it was just more of the same. 5 hour energy provides like 99% of all energy drinks out still uses stimulates to give you the illusion of energy. It is my belief that these companies need to take a step back and come up with a better solution.

Luckily for us FRS is one product that does not take the stimulate route. They use a supplement called Quercetin that actually produces energy. Quercetin actual produces mitochondria. Mitochondria is what creates and provides energy to the brain and working muscle. Read more on Quercetin here.

With increased mitochondria everything you do will be enhanced. This includes:
  • Mental Focus
  • Physical Endurance
  • Boost In Energy
  • Physical Power
This means from work to play to sport you can perform better. I strongly recommend giving FRS Healthy Energy with Quercetin a try. They are currently giving a two week trial for free. With No Risk, Two Free Weeks and more energy, it is an offer you must not pass up.

Thanks for reading Best Energy Drink

  1. Hi,

This is an interesting perspective. Thanks a lot for sharing this useful information.

The standard healthy energy drinks also contains a changeable amount of antioxidants which help eliminate the free radicals existing in the body as a result of common cellular functions.
